Would give zero stars if poss. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Only used this place for 2 services over the last year or so, a regular bill payment & parcel collections, nothing else. To be fair, a couple of the staff had been polite enough & tried extra hard to be helpful on a couple of previous occasions, knew their stuff, the systems, how to work the machines, solve problems, understand, etc. Unfortunately, there were still difficulties with both types of relatively simple transactions on MOST visits, even with the good employees, especially parcels not being correctly scanned in or properly received from couriers & therefore not notified, once in particular a package was there for 6 WEEKS due to staff incompetence. Also refused to even try to accept bill payment on one occasion last year for no reason whatsoever, waste of time.However, other members of their team are COMPLETELY USELESS, unhelpful, ignorant, dim, have no language skills, nor understanding, DO NOT know the systems, or how to work the machines, are neither literate or numerate, incapable of solving problems or even performing the most basic functions, whilst simultaneously being surly, at times rude, even offensive, seeking to blame the customer for their own shortcomings, often the simple inability to listen to clear, repeated requests or instructions.This demonstrates a complete lack of any kind of training necessary to perform what is a relatively easy job, something a child could learn in a few weeks, which some of these adults have spectacularly failed to grasp in over a year.Not worth the agg, go elsewhere, as they themselves insisted I should do, as if these troubles were somehow my fault. Final straw. £#@%$

Crowded and cluttered. Forget social distancing. I only tried to send a parcel but I was asked to wait while others behind me were served because 'sending my parcel would take very long'. New customers kept coming in and I was asked again to wait. I insisted that it was my turn. In the end they couldn't print my label so I decided to find another place where it took less than a minute to get the job done.

had an ebay parcel delivered there. 1st visit they wouldn't give it to me even though i had the barcode for it PLUS my addressed ID.Went back a few days later and they had sent it back early which cost me lost work.

The staff at Ecomini are accommodating and helpful. I tend to pick up my parcels from there.They are great at sorting many of Ebay mishaps.Thank you.

They're selling outdated food! Please be aware!

Sent parcel to shop for click and collect only for them to hold it for 2 days and then returned to sender. Caused a lot of issues and money lost for not holding a parcel for longer. Do not recommend sending anything here.

Many prices not marked, was sold an ice cream that had evidently been allowed to defrost and then refrozen, I'm worried how many other products had this happened to.Also they keep food stock directly on the floor.

Tried using the parcel drop-off service to return a DHL parcel. No effort was made to make this possible, just met with the response Barcode not work". Additional training required to ensure staff can effectively use this service."
