I received a gift voucher for the Nurture package for Xmas and with the pandemic it was quite a wait until I was able to benefit from this experience, but boy was it worth the wait. Amanda's massage always hits the mark, she is excellent. However, it was the reflexology element that really blew me away. I left the Garden Room feeling like I was floating on air. I cannot recommend Amanda enough, she is great at what she does.

Signed up for the “Introduction to Pilates” workshop. This class was informative and I learnt the fundamentals about Pilates. Amanda was brilliant in demonstrating the techniques and I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in Pilates.

As a total beginner to Pilates I was nervous about attending, but I have now been attending a pilates class here for a few months, and can't recommend it enough!Amanda is a fantastic patient teacher, great communication and her experience and knowledge are really evident. Not only great exercise but really helps with stress and tension too.. I love it ! Highly recommend

This is a small boutique studio, very welcoming, Amanda is amazing teacher. If you want to learn Pilates and understand the health benefits, this is the place to come. Also Amanda has a beautiful, relaxing treatment room, for holistic treatments. A wonderful atmosphere, you leave feeling very relaxed.

My wife has been using Amanda service for around two years and I have recently joined this year. Amanda is a excellent Pilates teacher who accommodates and supports individual abilities ensuring you become part of the class. Amanda is always very clear with her verbal and physical communication through a class session.An overall good and structured Pilates teacher who is very conscientious of individual goals.

I have a monthly back and neck massage with Amanda and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough! Firstly, Amanda carefully listens to what's going on with you and adopts her treatments accordingly. Then she creates a welcoming, lovely atmosphere and has a real talent for applying the right pressure to get into any problem areas! Combining the massages with Amanda's Pilates classes is the real secret to success - tension headaches are a distant memory for me! Thank you, Amanda!

I have been going to see Amanda for several years now for different treatments mainly Reflexology and Massage and I can’t recommend her enough. She is genuinely interested in your health and well-being and takes her time to understand your needs so you can get the most of your treatment. She is always so warm and friendly so you instantly relax before your treatment even starts and I always walk out feeling fantastic after my treatment. A fantastic small local business, don’t hesitate to book an appointment!
