We’ve been going to Pasimm printers for many years now. They are so professional, great customer service and a quick turn around on request. We highly recommend their printing business.

Our new company has been running now for just over that first tough year and it was time to up our game and start creating some brand identity and a more professional profile for our company Urban Logs a premium Quality Firewood Supplier. Following an extensive online search and that still critical word of mouth positive review, I was recommended to Pasimm Printers who are located across the road from Thornton Heath Station.I visited the store on a Friday afternoon and spoke to an extremely polite, professional and courteous young man by the name of Ryan, who explained the full embroidery process including one off set up fees. Ryan quickly located my e-mail with our attached company logo and proceeded to show me samples from previous customers and also make recommendations regarding the appropriate print size for the logo to ensure that all of the small wording would be clearly visible.I explained that I required a dozen polo shirts embroided with the company’s logo which is actually quite detailed and the wording made up with a log style font as you will see from my attached images below. I paid the set-up fee and was given a unique 4-digit customer code (for all future orders) and advised that I would be contacted once the process had been completed and a sample was available to view by the following Tuesday.I received a phone call informing me that the sample was completed and ready to view, the sample was perfect and I was amazed by the level of detail that Pasimm were able to get from our official logo and onto the embroidery including the cracks in the log type font and the colour matching was excellent.I delivered the 12 polo shirts on the following day (Wednesday)and the embroidery was completed and ready for collection on Saturday morning, a week from start to finish. The shirts were embroided perfectly and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the phenomenal service received from Pasimm Printers, I have completed numerous five-star reviews but none have deserved it more than Ryan and Pasimm Printers for their excellent customer service which was courteous, efficient and professional.What are you waiting for get down to Pasimm Printers in Thornton Heath for all of your print and embroidery needs, thanks Ryan for a first-class service.
