Ordered a box on 28/1/23 to be delivered on2/2/23. Still have not received my order. Left numerous emails but no answers.Really disappointed as only ordered because we had a lovely night at the mousetrap a few nights before.We also live in Wales!!!Will not be ordering again!

Shocking customer service, ordered expensive picnic box and items missing including a jar of relish to go with the cheese. Gave the company numerous chances to refund these elements, eventually they came back asking for bank details but 2 weeks later still no refund. I was a big fan of this and the Mousetrap but you have now lost my custom. To be honest didn’t even want to give it 1 star, false advertising of items that don’t exist and would have been fundamental to your enjoyment of the picnic .

Wow!!! Cheese board heaven, ordered a grazing box online to pick up and left with all sorts of amazing goodies, can’t wait to go back for more!

My partner ordered a Christmas present to be delivered but it never arrived. No emails to advise on despatch or anything. My partner contacted again to advise and was told it would be sent out the following Friday. Didn’t hear anything, partner contacted again and was told it would be delivered Friday. Didn’t happen. And no emails again. I wouldn’t mind but the person it’s being delivered to lives walking distance from the company!! We only ordered as we were in Wales at the time. Won’t be ordering again.
