Bad service, they robbed me of 30 pounds even i have a proof, i put a bet for 30 pounds and they said its 20 pounds, a blatant robbery. i put a complaint 3 months ago and nothing.. Don't worry i won't let go easily even after i phoned customers services twice nothing happened, the same routine we will phone the shop and talk to them, result still waiting. I will phone again this week and probably i will hear the same story. I gave them my phone number to get back to me and i received no call. What's the use of customer service when you don't do your job description. I will email Fred Done maybe he will sort it out.
