Steve replaced our old limescaley hot water cylinder in a few hours, and also noticed an old leak, which I didn't know we had, which probably saved us significant £££ in the long run. Thanks Steve - excellent service as always, and great value :-)

Fast response to enquiry on behalf of my Mum who has Dementia. Steve popped in on his way home, same day, fixed the problem and then called to let me know what he’d done! Reasonable call out fee too.

Had issue where combi boiler wasnt giving heating but hot water called him up explained my issue and solved it over the phone cant beat that anywhere that is customer service will be definitely using again

We called steve on short notice. He was great, polite punctual and did a really professional job. fixed the pipes that were damaged in the pub and got the toilets functioning for our guests on a Saturday night. His prices are very reasonable and the job was quoted and finished in a very quick time. Thank you steve will reccomend to all for all plumbing needs.

After a house fire we noticed water spraying from one of the pipes. There was no way for us to stop it without stopping the water to the whole house. I warned Steve before he came that there was a corrosive smell due to the fire and that it was quite a toxic environment but he fitted us in that evening. He arrived promptly and knew exactly what had happened with the fire damage. He gave us alternatives but as the property still had to be assessed we just wanted the water stopped. He listened to us and delivered exactly what we asked. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had no running hot water, and had relatives down to stay with me so instantly was in panic mode. I called Steve who said he’d come round on the same day to have a look at my water tank. Sorted it out in less than and hour and found the problem. Highly professional, on time and did a great job - very happy indeed!
