Blocked sewage drain twice in one month. Welsh water unblocked the drain the first time but it happened again and welsh water would not attend so phoned dyno rod. They came very quickly and unblocked but more importantly used the camera and found that the problem was in neighbouring property. He said he would report this to welsh water as it was there responsibilit.Welsh water came on 23 february and found that the pipes had collapsed in neighbouring began. I would like to thank the young man who came and was very wffi wint and thorough because it now means I will be refunded 273.20. Thank you very much I am really grateful
