So I got a reply from the owner that the rude customer service from reception was from someone who left a while ago! When it was just few days ago? And it’s always like this, maybe she’s nice to you she sure isn’t nice to customers, the lady with a man voice, please give ur employees some lessons ! Oh and I found out her name!!!! KAREN!!!!!

We were picked up by the sweet and lovely Sian Louise who was working the night shift. It was a short trip from Tower Barns to Wrexham but it was a good one! She was quick and safe!

One of the best taxi offices. Amazing receptionists two ladies karen amd shanice. Was so helpful over the weekend me and my children wanting to get from a party they was really busy but managed to get us home will definitely be my go to firm from now on. So helpful best ones around. Credit to the company them 2.xx

Finished work at 11 last night and got a taxi with Dave. We had a lovely conversation and I felt safe the entire time, even though there was a communication error that was on my half and he was very understanding and kind about it. He was so kind and very polite and never once made me feel uncomfortable or scared. I got home safely and happy, thank you very much to Dave!! :)
