Very good quality equipment and friendly, professional service. We were very pleased with the hot tub we hired. We upgraded and got the gazebo and it was a really great treat for the kids over half term. Luke was at the end of the phone when we needed some advice. Treat yourself!

Fantastic hot tub hire. Quick and professional set up. The tub was a good size and quickly warmed up. We really enjoyed our use of it. Take down was done well and we didn't even need to be there. Would totally recommend to friends.

We hired the Paris hot tub for our son’s 10th birthday. We enjoyed the week’s hire enormously and the coloured lights made the whole experience extra fun for our son and his guests. Due to Covid restrictions we had 1 or 2 friends at a time throughout the week and the boys thoroughly enjoyed their sessions. As a family of four, we also enjoyed the tub in the evenings and really made the most of our hire.Delivery and set-up was excellent and I felt confident using the tub after an informative and thorough talk by the installer. This covered everything I needed to know about filters, water testing and chemicals. We had one minor issue during the week and this was resolved perfectly and very promptly. I highly recommend this company who gave us a really memorable week.

For a birthday weekend. Everyone loved it. Set up was thorough and instructions clear and simple. Communication with the company was great and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use Hampshire Hot Tub and Spa again and I hope that will be soon! The bliss of stepping into a hot tub early in the morning whilst birds are singing needs to be experienced.

It is mid-winter and particularly cold so the tub took 36 hours to be warm enough to get in, BUT once it did it was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. The whole family loved the experience and would definitely recommend Hampshire Hot Tub and Spa. Great customer service. A real treat for my son’s birthday - we were sad to see if go!

Used a gazebo with sides as was bitter outside but tub stayed beautifully warm and welcoming. We felt like we were on holiday for a few days! Wonderful. Thank you so much. Can't wait to hire again!

Absolutely excellent experience with Hampshire Hot Tubs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Booking process was straightforward and clear, communication was excellent, set up was on time and very well explained (with social distancing of course), instructions were fool-proof, and collection very simple. Impressed that we didn't have to do 'anything' - from filling to emptying, it was all taken care of. This was a fabulous surprise for my daughters' 10th birthday weekend - and very well used over the 3 days. Good quality hot tub, with deluxe addition of gazebo (again, good quality) and little extra's. Thank you Alex, Luke and the team for making this such a great experience!

Professional and friendly service with good communication about delivery/collection times and informative instructions given on how to use it. We hired the hot tub for a birthday party weekend which was very successful, the girls loved it and stayed in the hot tub for the whole afternoon, we had a gazebo provided as well which was perfect and kept it warm overnight. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Hot Tubs, great service with a quick and easy set up on the Friday with good instructions and everything needed to maintain the hot tub over the weekend. Similarly Monday quick and painless dismantle and removal, sad to see the hot tub go!

Great company. Very professional. Good communication with regards installation and pick up times. The hot tub was a fantastic treat for my daughter's 16th birthday party. The Paris model with the colour changing lights is great fun and looks awesome. Would highly recommend Hampshire Hot Tubs.
