Extremely rude on the phone. Which is ashame as they are local.I've never been spoken to like that before. Especially not by someone who is meant to be a professional and come and do a job in my home.Absolutely disgusted and confused. Will not use them again

Just took my microwave to ace appliances to find out why it wasn't working.wasnt overly optimistic for good news, but the repair guy checked it out and repaired it in under 10 mins while i waited for £15. So I am a happy customer. And this will certainly be the first place i go to if i need appliances repairing again.
