I wish to commend the staff of Bond Wolfe on the successful sale of my house. Special recommendation is in order for Sam Benson, the graduate auctioneer for his excellent communication skills and control of the situation from start to finish. He quickly linked with us and kept us informed in an efficient and confident manner. He managed all interested parties in a professional way which produced an excellent result. My thanks to Sam and all at Bond Wolfe.

I am really impressed with the service which I have received from the commercial property agency team and in particular James Brady who is proactive, focused on delivery and commercial in his outlook. He managed to sell my retail commercial investment outside of the Midlands area in super quick time and against a difficult lending market for the asset.I will continue to acquire and dispose through Bond Wolfe.Best wishes,Paul H

The Bond Wolfe Charitable Trust has supported my challenges over the last 8 years and continue to do so as I continue to complete my aspirational target. Lisa Worrall has been very supportive towards all who carry fund raising for charities regardless of the size and personally I can vouch for their efforts in supporting charities and people who take time to re-invest & give back to society.

James Brady and the Team at BW have been excellent dealing with the marketing and the sign up of a new tenant for one of my clients offices . In fact, we purchased the office through BW a few years ago so its a great on going service from them! Great communication and professionalism throughout.

Having recently sold my property through Bond Wolfe I would certainly recommend the company to anyone considering selling at auction. From the outset I found everyone highly professional as well as extremely straightforward to deal with.Particular thanks go to James Rossiter, auction valuer and Damien Triplett, auction administrator. Their considerable knowledge coupled with their innate approachability ensured that they took the time to provide a wealth of sound advice, assistance and support regarding the local property market, selling at auction and the mechanics of the auction process itself. This did much to help me navigate my way through the sale all the way from initial valuation to final completion.

First time purchasing a property from Bond Wolf and i have a mixed review to how it all went. On the day of the auction i bid remotely and over all i found the system good to use. Once i won the bid the paid the 10%. The day after i got the Memo and it had no seller listed, just the solicitor....Which i found weird. I got my solicitor to chase early as i was happy to complete on it right away. Was advised by the seller solicitor that they would not deal with the case until 2 weeks before completion date. It was only at this point who we found out who the seller was and this sparked concerns as the person in question had a number of companies, had lodes of different offices registered to each company and had opened a closed a lot of companies in a very short space of time.To top it off we then found it that this was a first registration for the property, meaning that the seller did not own the property at the time they chose to sell it. And i just did not understand this or how it could happen. All these red flags and the fact that we had a limited time to deal with the issues caused great stress to me and my solicitor. The sellers solicitor did not really help that much and anything that we requested from there seemed to to be hard work.In the end i had to pay the sellers solicitor to sort out the registration with land registry so that the sellers actually owned the property. The whole experience was a nightmare and to be honest i feel i would be given this money back as it not my job to confirm the the person selling the property actually owns it.In the end i went to the Bond wolf offices on the day i was to complete and spoke the the manger Perm about what was going on. To be honest it's only thanks to Perm from the company that i decided to complete on the property as she assumed me that the seller/solicitor was know the Bond wolf and they work with them all the time. So thank you Perm and that support from you help me.So we did compete and the property is now in my control. But what i would say to Bond Wolf in general is DONT allow any properties to be sold in Auction that are still going through first registrations. Allow this to happen first before you allow the property to be sold. This will allow for unnecessary stress and expense on may behalf.I would buy at Auction again, but the stress of this would make me really think about it twice and i would also like legal kits a lot sooner. There is still improvements to be made.Im sure some people have great experiences and other not so much. maybe i was just not so lucky on this one.But i thank you again Perm.Tom

Be extremely cautious when making online purchases. The auctioneer may place bids on the property even if no one else is bidding. Additionally, most of the properties listed there are from dealers. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, dealers are adept at concealing the real issues in the property.

Straightforward process, very quick purchase time for property, so if you're in a rush, and have the funding, then go for it, just make sure you read the legal pack before you bid, nearly all of the properties have a minimum of six grand buyer fee" which is a bit sneaky

This was my first time attempting to bid on a property. I spent a lot of time getting things together to register, and time out of work to make sure I didn’t miss the lot. The guide price was £39-43k so I expected it to start around that price at least. However the auction started at £100k which meant it would go for a lot more and I had no chance whatsoever! This was a complete waste of my time - why would you put such a low guide price only for the auction to start at a lot more?In response to Bond Wolfe’s reply:Your comment makes no sense, as the reserve was a LOT more than the guide price (way more than 10%!)

I’ve sold two properties with Bond Wolfe in the past, both in the Midlands. This time, the property I had to sell quickly with a guaranteed sale, was in Lancashire. I was an unsure at first if Bond Wolfe would be the best auction house to go for. But they exceeded my expectations. Their advice was spot on with the marketing price and how to achieve the best possible price. They advertise on all three major property portals aswell as social media whereas most other auctioneers only advertise on on two property portals. My advice for anyone is to go with their advice and let them do what they’re best at. Thank you to all the team at Bond Wolfe.
