Vince Rollins Pain Management Therapy

I would recommend Vince and his treatments to anyone, but especially anyone in pain. Where other, significantly more expensive, interventions have failed to make any positive impact, Vince has managed to reduce my back pain by about half in a matter of weeks. The manual therapy has made a huge impact on my quality of life, but Vince also empowers clients, by giving exercises, stretches etc to do at come too. Vince creates a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is always happy to answer questions (lots of questions in my case!) He goes over and above to ensure clients fully understand what they need to do to get better. I couldn’t recommend Vince more!

One of my favourite treatments in Leeds. To be honest the world. I'm lucky and travel with work and life often, but Vince is where I come to get my body work done. He's very intuitive, knows the body well and I always leave feeling better. When I'm in the UK, I always book on twice a week. It's a non negotiable for me when I'm back. The guy is great at what he does.He has a convenient booking system. It means as soon as I know I'm back, I can book the slot.Injuries, tightness or just needing to relax, you won't regret it.

Brilliant. Vince has really helped me with my headaches and pain in my shoulder and back. He is extremely knowledgeable and after just one session I noticed a huge difference. I would highly reccommend you book in with Vince if you have any aches and pains.

Initially quite helpful- however my experience went downhill very quickly.First of all, the massage is carried out in this persons living room- therefore nothing like what is pictured on his website. The place is quite messy and dingy. Vince is very unreliable, he got confused with dates once and then was away for over a week without any notice. He then decided he no longer wanted to carry out any work, which is fine if he had initially told me there was an issue. Messages and phone calls go unanswered very often. Very surprised at the lack of professionalism. A friend who I recommended is still awaiting a refund for 5 sessions as part of a deal he has on social media.I would not recommend anybody to use him who requires a professional. Glad I didn’t pay for bulk sessions which he sells online!

Have had a great experience with Vince helping me with recovery and injury rehab. As an aging athlete, i get more niggles that take longer to recover than they used to, but Vince has accelerated my recovery and was a key part of my team in my recent gold medal performance in An IFBJJ competition.Great human being as well as a great pain and recovery specialist. Highly recommend him!

The most intuitive massage I’ve ever had. Vince is extremely knowledgeable, professional and creative when it comes to dealing with tension in your body. Never allowing you to feel too much discomfort, but instead, easing into just the right amount to release those parts of your body that retain so much stress. I love finding hidden gems in all areas of my life and Vince is one. I have already recommended him to many people and will continue to. Thankyou Vince!

Been twice now and will be back. Comfortable and private space, let's you guide what intensity of massage you can handle and feel you need in the moment. Was able to advise me on which areas I might benefit from working on based on just how I was standing in front of him, and could pick up on problems I was having without me telling him just by watching me move/ put my shoes on etc, so clearly knows what he's talking about, and was able to make some recommendations for general day to day life to help me out as well. The occasional terrible dad joke, but does a lot to make you comfortable and relaxed, and I feel I can trust him to help me sort out my pain and posture. Highly recommend.

I went to see Vince due to a knee maltracking issue that I struggled with for over 18 months. Vince is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to highlight other issues contributing to my poor alignment. After the first session it was remarkable how much additional range of motion I gained, and he gave me several mobility exercise to do alongside.Vince always creates a comfortable space and aims to understand the root of the issue. Out of all the physios/therapists I have seen, he has been without a doubt the most helpful. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Vince is a truly amazing therapist and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is a very warm and caring person who seems to relish the challenge of fixing people’s issues with their bodies. I first met him 18 months ago when I was suffering with some major issues with pain and an increasing decline in mobility. He has totally given me my life back and I can definitely say that I am a new woman!

I've been for many physios and massages over the years but never quite found that one go to person, until now. Vince is exceptional at his craft and his level of knowledge of each muscle, tendon, body part is mind blowing as he knows how to isolate and manipulate muscle with ease and light pressure.
