ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I went in a few weeks ago to have my nails done and from start to finish, it was dreadful - I wish I hadn't bothered. For £30, the set of nails and injury that I received (yes, she chopped off the top of my finger skin...) was not what I expected. I complained to the salon and was just fobbed off, they don't care. If you need your nails doing, don't book here - I'd recommend Nail Kitchen in Didsbury. Nicer environment, cheaper and their gel nails last and actually look good! Avoid at all costs.Response from owner is factually incorrect - I have not been offered a partial refund and I live 100 miles away so couldn't go into the salon and explained this to them. I also sent them a video rather than a photo which apparently is the reason I didn't comply....ok then. Also, I've shown evidence and told them twice it wasn't a cuticle mishap, it was the top of my finger skin...not my nail or cuticle.

Got my lash extensions done for the very first time. Service was wonderful and Ebony did an amazing job, was very happy with the results! Will definitely come again for more.

Booked a Wash Cut & Blow Dry, was an excellent experience. I felt very welcomed from the moment of arrival. All the staff were lovely, got exactly what I wanted, and my blow dry has lasted for days. Very happy and will be returning!

I had a great experience with Ebony.I had a balayage and cut done with her and I loved it it!I would definitely recommend this salon.Everyone is really nice and friendly. The prices are fair and they offer a lot of different beauty treatments!

Kayleigh is honestly the best masseuse I've ever had, Ive had 3 full body maternity massages now and each time has got better and better, I literally sleep every time! Such a lovely clinic also very clean and aesthetic and all the staff are lovely I'd give it 6/5 stars if I could! Thank you!!

“SIMPLY AMAZING!” It was so relaxing getting my eyelashes done! I have never had an experience like it true perfection!All the staff at Dolly Dimples were so welcoming made me feel comfortable from the get go!I loved having eyelash extensions - they make such a difference and got many compliments, Mine were done by an experienced lash technician Ebony brilliant she was, and I didn't need to use eyeliner and found myself wearing much less make up in general.Will definitely be returning and definitely recommend to everyone well done girls!
