Amazing service. We were offered a great deal and they stored the carpet until our room was ready, at which point we were given a quick fitting date.There was an issue (entirely our fault!) which Frank's sorted out quickly and more satisfactorily thanI could have hoped.Will definitely be using them again and have already recommended to friends .Thanks again.

Picked a carpet for my daughter's room and it was laid 5 days later. Excellent service in shop and lovely staff. Carpet fitters were polite and tidied up after themselves. Will definitely be back in the future, and will recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

My sisters carpets were ordered 5weeks ago they were going to be done today two pensioners waiting around all day ,removals are coming tomorrow no carpets,my brother was also let down last week this is just not on furious to say the least .

Good price and it was installed fast and looks great.Knocked off a star because the old carpet, laminate offcuts and packaging were left dumped in my garden and it cost me an extra £100 to have it taken away.

They called in the morning, saying they will not come unless I pay in full now, fitter arrived half an hour later. I had to help the sole fitter into the house to the second floor with a 5mx4m carpet. Then told they don't take old carpets away.Fitter done a mostly good job and was fast. Door is stuck open so needs to be plained down. Not sure if they should have done this but for the price of fitting I feel it should be included. Then on exit the fitter informed me that I have to pay the £75 for fitting in cash and it was not included in the amount already payed. So for £525 I have a old carpet left at my back door. A bed room door that dose not close.

Just had our kitchen floor done in LVT.We had a few issues because we have a really old house with uneven floorboards , but Kevin the fitter did a really good job.Also just had our lounge & hall carpeted, again the fitters Ryan & Reece did a fab job.The staff in Alnwick store are all really friendly & helpfully.Would definitely recommend Franks.

Helpful and cheerful staff, nothing too much trouble, and when I took the samples back, having decided we weren't going for carpet after all not a hint of rancour.
