Great customer service at the Car Store Chesterfield. All staff are friendly and welcoming but Alyssa was brilliant, she was professional, helpful and amazing with our children! There were no pushy sales pitches and no misleading information, which is more than I can say for most car places!We will definitely be back to buy our next car in the future! Thanks you!

A very positive experience at Car Store Chesterfield – Thank you to Charlotte!We’d struggled to sell our car privately so contacted a few well known online companies who purchase cars on behalf of dealer networks. All offered valuations way below the market price, so thank goodness for Charlotte at The Car store, Chesterfield. Charlotte offered us a realistic price for the car and went on to make the process of selling our car clear and straightforward.We’ll definitely use car store again to sell or buy cars.Many thanks.

Slightly overdue review. Apologies, Rob; you were a great help with my car purchase.I purchased a second-hand Hyundai Tucson from CarStore Chesterfield back in September. The salesman, Rob, was supportive throughout the transaction and dealt with the issues we raised around the car in a professional manner throughout.We had to leave the car with them for a period of time whilst they fixed the vehicle (minor issues only). This took a bit longer than we would have liked, but we eventually got our car, and it was clean as a whistle and looked brand new.The process of purchasing is a bit slow, but such is the way of things. I can only give 5 stars to the team for being great help, and in particular 5* to Rob for his exceptional service. Thanks again!

Needed a car ASAP because my gearbox went on my previous car. Looked on autotrader and saw a few decent cars that were at CarStore chesterfield for great competitive prices. Next day I spoke to nick saunders on the phone. This guy is customer service to the Tee! Such a helpful dude! We went to view some of the cars they had. I saw a good 5 or 6 cars that I liked. We managed to narrow it down to two cars and I test drove both. Made the decision to go with a BMW 4 Series because it was such a steal of a price for what it was! Nick was very patient/honest and made the whole process easy and quick. Going in there at 2pm not really knowing what I was going to get to leaving with a car that I was really happy with from all angles by 7pm. Thank you Nick and CarStore!

My husband and I visited Car store Chesterfield to look at cars we had seen online. NICK the sales guy was amazing. He helped us with every question we asked and more. He is the best car sales guy we have ever met. There was no pushy sales or trying to sell us things we didn't need. He sorted everything for us and we drove away the same day in our new car. Thanks to Sammy his manager for coming to say hello .

Went to have a look around as we have brought other cars from this store before. Spoke with Robert M , he was so helpful and friendly. Answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Was able to do an independent test drive. They provided a free MOT as the car did not have more than 6 months , also did a full clean of the car. A small chip to the windscreen was found after I took the car home , which I mentioned and they happily sorted this and filled the chip without complain. I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a car. Whole experience of getting my car was great .

Purchased a vehicle from Andre at the CarStore Chesterfield branch. From standing in the rain viewing cars on the pitch to paperwork and then collection, cannot fault the level of customer service and professionalism. Andre also involved my daughter during our initial visit to purchase with conversations and made her feel part of the process.Again well done Andre and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wish to purchase a vehicle.On collection the car was presented to a very high standard.
