Rapid IT

I build my custom gaming computer on 07/12/2018 and I experienced issues. Windows 10 was crashing, RAM wasn't working properly etc so I looked online for a tech support line that could help me. I tried a few people but they didn't have the time for me, were not patient or useful at all, and many didn't even bother picking up. After calling around a few places, I called Rapid IT. I called out of hours without knowing, so the call went straight to Math. Even though I called out of hours, Math still gave up his time to help me. He was extremely patient, helpful, kind, and welcoming. He walked me through step-by-step on how to get my PC fixed. He gave me clear instructions on how to fix my issues and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions.This is the best tech company I have ever come across, and it is the best customer service i have ever experienced. I would 100% recommend this company under all circumstances. Other companies made me feel stupid for not knowing some off the stuff I was asking, but Rapid IT gave me closure and got me all up and running.
