assigned for work, waiting 2.5 weeks already no call no email whatsoever, calling them and then been told to wait few days. Plenty advertisements for staff needed, apparently just scamming to register them and after to be abandoned.

i recommend this agency my favourite one. I work at a warehouse with quest and some team leaders had a problem with me and kicked me out even tho i never did anything bad. After talking to quest about i was back to my work. They will never let anyone down. My friend had some issues with the emergency tax and they were very helpful and explained everything well.

This slogan “people are our priority” is completely eye-wash. For the instant your planer send you message that you are booked for tomorrow work on particular department. You confirm that and go to work. But when you arrive your supervisor is telling that you are on extra list and have to wait. This means that you wasn’t bookend anywhere. In my case I was sent back to home. When rang this planner up she told me that every week someone is booked for extra list. Was shock to hear that, you wasting your time, paying for transport that is cost 11 pounds daily just to be in reserve. I not recommend to use theirs transport it’s expensive and you waste every day about two hours in the day - morning before bus go they counting people, filling the list next hour or could be more you wait when you finish work. Cause some people finish early some late so they always waiting to gather the most people and then bus can go. For example one time we finish at 4 o’clock and had to wait for the bus one hour cause bus for the night shift coming for 5 o’clock. And it is doesn’t matter that you worked 10 h or longer if you rely on theirs transport wait every day. Another thing that there is quiet period in the year which (start last week of December till new year and even longer) many companies are close down or got precious little jobs at this period if you not book holiday you will sit at home unpaid and they will not give a toss about you. But here there is another catch as well to book holiday need to wait 4 weeks in advance and you will get pay 6.24 per hour on holiday (Doesn’t matter if you had job with higher pay rate)

I also do not recommend this job agency, they send you to a place they know is a snake's nest. They do not care when a worker has a problem, what is the problem, it is important for them to just register you with a smile and then to they are rude on the phone. They are just a number on their list, they still get paid from it;)

I worked with them couple of times. For my opinion they dont have very good places to work. But they are very supportive and helpful. Office staff are doing job properly there. I never had problems with anyone from the office. If you are looking for temporary work quest agency can be good option.

I recommend Quest Employment Agency.A really good Agency.Agents a ready to give advise in difficult times.Rate of pay is good.The office is neat and tidy.The staff are friendly and always pleasant. They are empathetic when giving imformation (work related) that you may not want to hear and positive when giving information (work related) that you do want to hear.Work related dates are given and your agent keeps you informed and updated, via email and mobile cellular, as best they can.Agent is not always able to ensure a full working week which is a stressful situation. The very helpful Agent did offer great advise in sorting out the financial burden.Complaints about the staff is a good thing because it's called Constructive Criticism.My present mind set is : When you choose to find the teaching in difficult times ...You start to appreciate the first steps to finding real solutions.

Stay clear! I called them regarding a position, they told me it was available and to come in and provide documentation. I proceeded to do so, while filling out documentation in the office another women came in regarding the same job. She said can I start tommorow"? She was met with a eager yes. After she left I said "will I be ok to start Monday or you need me tomorrow"?. "Mondays fine mate

im been working with quest employment from last more than a month the staffs are amazing the way they treating you in every single stage of your work its awesome.... they are making the way easy for you to talk to them any time.....i would like everyone to work here with this agency on behalf of my own experience because here alot of my colleagues working for other agencies and they are not happy from them the way i m....

They promised me job.I spend half day on some induction in Quest also I was calling for a week.Nothing happend biggest layers and wasting time people ,they register everyday but they havent got enough jobs.Keep away!

One of the worst agency ever , been registered more than 2 months and been calling them every day but haven't assigned to any work yet . They registrater people daily and advertise alot but put no effort.Hopefully their management team get better, take the reviews seriously and take some actions.
