Took my De Walt table saw in for repair as it wouldn't start and ON/OFF and RESET buttons weren't working. Got a call within 24 hours to say it was working and to collect it when I was ready. They said they had just 'sorted' out the re-set button and it worked - no charge as they had repaired it in a few minutes. Very friendly and great service - unusual these days. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from this company, would highly recommend. Our breaker had an issue a few months after purchase. They arranged collection, repaired it and delivered it back within a couple of days. Very happy!

First time customer, using PTM to repair a Hilti Te80 with a clutch issue. Tool was collected from home, diagnosed and quoted promptly. Repair carried out and tool delivered back to my door. Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Will definitely use again.

Hi recently bought some reconditioned Hilti equipment granted we haven't been using it long, but if the friendly service and rapid delivery of equipment is any thing to go by I cant recommend them highly enough. Great to still find a business providing, as I would say any old school service. They deserve your business.
