Great customer service from Akeem (sorry if I've got the name wrong). It was a straightforward process in regards to the checks and paperwork, payment was within a couple of minutes. However the reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I had a non- runner car which couldn't be towed within the carpark because of the height restrictions at the entrance (the breakdown truck was a little too tall), this caused an issue with nobody on site able to open this. So we had to resort in having to push the car all the way in! It wasn't ideal. This is probably an issue in a lot of carparks that webuyanycar operate in. It would have been great to have been made aware of this before making arrangements to tow the car. Please do bear this in mind if you're using a breakdown truck to tow your car to a webuyanycar stall within a carpark.

If you need to sell your car then try sell it online to recycling companies, faster payments and will give you a better value for your car.We buy initially quoted me £860 for my car, I didn't go ahead but they then sent me an email with an increased quote to lure me in, the quote has options to change assumptions which I did and they quoted me £840. For the sake of it , I thought I'd give it a go and see what they offer at the appointment, they offered me £440, I obviously didn't accept the offer and sold my car privately for twice their offer.You are better off selling to recycling companies online, they pick up the car and offer you more. Win win, steer well away from we buy any car"."

Got a quote online for my 2012 5 series BMW with huge spec for a £7500 and booked an appointment. On arrival on allocated time I was told that there is a queue and I’m not in the front of it. Lady working there came out and asked why I’m selling and what is the quote I have been given. Once I stated the quote from online, very abruptly and quite with an attitude she said that there is absolutely no chance she will be giving me the price quoted. Added that she doesn’t even want my car as company is buying way more than they need and said that she will find all and any reason to pay less than a half quoted (she said she was doing this for a while and is good at finding stuff to knock off the price) she then said she doesn’t care about huge spec on the vehicle. Walked around car once and said she’d maybe give me half of the quote, then went back inside to deal with someone else leaving me to “think on that offer”. Sure enough she never emerged from the office and I left as there was no chance in the world I would sell my car for that money - price she offered was an insult. I then went to part exchange my car and got full amount as in the quote with the dealer. Never in my life will I ever be dealing with this fraud of a company and I would never recommend anyone to get involved with them.Two days later my mate went to sell her old banger. Quote was 1300 and she got 600 quid.

We found the Agent that dealt with us very pleasant and polite and because of him I would have given a perfect 10 score, however the reason you only got an 8 was because of the individual you use in your TV commercials. Yes you know who!

Great service from Linda at the Luton branch. Linda is great and from experience trying to do anything with cars being a woman is difficult as you’re spoken down to and treated like you don’t know anything so if anyone feels the same as me please go to Linda at the Luton branch she is AMAZING! spoke through everything and was so friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. Such a lovely person and made selling my car super easy so much easier than PX’ing or private selling it. Linda was kind and made the whole experience personal. Thank you Linda! :)

Hatters way Luton:Took my PRIUS and the agent didn’t got me back with the price next day as he promised! I just got a text next day saying to reply survey why I didn’t want to sell my car to them!agents total ignorance not willing to give good price and buy my vehicle so they do this scam

Linda from the Luton Office is absolutely brilliant. I read reviews about her before visiting and I was so pleased to be served by her. Linda has a great personality and takes the time to explain the whole process of selling your car to them, so there were no nasty surprises and I knew exactly what position I was in when she gave me the final quote. She was working on her own the day I visited and the way she handled pressure was inspirational. She has prebooked appointments, walk ins and the phone ringing and not once did she come across stresses or unhappy. Linda dealt with my sale from start to finish, including after sales where a colleague true colours show but she still took the time to help me. She is a real asset to the company and I hope she receives this recognition and all she deserves. Thank you so much Linda! You were great!
