Stonecraft Paving

Purchased materials from the Coventry store and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jack. His personal attitude and the manner in which he speaks to customers is completely unacceptable, he is ignorant and dissmissive. His customer service is non-existent; extremely rude and deliberately obstructive. I wish I had never ordered from Stonecraft because there are only two employees at this branch and it is difficult to avoid encountering Jack. On my first visit to the branch, I thought that perhaps he was having a bad day but on every occasion that I have had to deal with him since, he has been extremely nasty and ill-tempered. I can see from the other reviews that I am not the only person to have been upset by Jack's attitude and I really hope that management will address this soon. I would suggest that the owner sends a mystery shopper to the branch so they can witness firsthand the disgraceful way in which Jack treats Stonecraft customers.

What a fantastic team Jack and Manny at coventry are a credit to Stonecraft. Jacks knowledge on paving and garden projects is exemplary. I can not praise the Jack or Manny enough. They have made my garden project a dream to do. From ordering to delivery has been fantastic. I will certainly be using their skills and knowledge on further projects. Jack it has been a pleasure and I will be returning for more building material. Many Thanks..

Showroom has examples and displays of many of the various paving solutions. Warm and knowledgeable staff will help answer your questions to select the right product. Easy to place an order and for us quick delivery within the week.

Can't recommend this place and the staff enough!Went there just to get ideas to make a small doorstep, spent less than £8 and came out with all I needed . Plus they told me several ways of doing it, so much advice and helpful information. They didn't have to spend so much time helping me, but they just seemed to enjoy it ! Thanks Guys! Bob .

We visited the Coventry branch, which I would give 5 stars and more too, as we were that way in the morning. We were approached by an extremely helpful young man (london accent) who put my mind at ease with porcelain and given gave me a demo on its cleanliness and durability. We asked about delivery of a product and he then rang the Leicester branch. We didn't know they had one! The helpful gent informed us that the Leicester branch had just laid a new display with the porcelain we wanted. So we could see it laid and get an idea for our space.So impressed with the guy we made a journey that day to the Leicester branch.This is where things go wrong!!!Walked in and spoke to a young male on the desk. I explained what we had done and could he please show me where the display was? He replied we ain't got none in and won't be getting it in"

Great showroom, the lad who is running it was first class, friendly, knowledgeable and just perfect service! Will return when we select the items we want.. recommended..

4 slabs got broken when the package tipped over after cutting the band. I had to pay for replacement slabs.my fault they tipped over and broke. No negotiation on that. No compromise. How do I know they weren't already broke before I cut the band. I will not go back there again. Horrible management.
