Lovely setting with good pub food. Notably the tables were very clean- not at all sticky which is so often a feature of cleaning tables these days! Toilets also spotless.

we’re just going to come for a drink. But soon decided it was worth having dinner.Not disappointed generous portions of fine traditional pub food. Beer was excellent also. Google photos need up dating

The Red Bull is a lovely pub. The decor is clean and modern and the food was delicious - and the portion (I had the chicken in white wine sauce) was unexpectedly large. All of the staff were lovely. The menu was varied and big enough to offer a lot of different options.All in all, a very nice meal in a very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I had the 16oz rump steak,the steak was flame grilled to perfectionMy wife had the 4oz gammon which was also beautifulAlso very large mealsSome places can be hit and miss,this pub has been great everytime we go,we would definitely recommend

Lovely pub next to the canal. Visited on a Monday, a little late at lunchtime and they were about to finish serving food so it was pretty quiet when we visited. We ordered quickly at the bar and sat by the canal outside.Food came quickly, good value for money with good portion sizes.Staff very friendly and helpful.

We descended on this country pub mid-afternoon with kids and baby in tow, looking for a place for a family chat. We weren't ordering food, just drinks. So we were a bit of a nuisance, but the staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful. They even rearranged the tables in a section of the pub so we could all sit together. Great cosy pub with lovely staff.

Nice pub. Great location on the canal edge, great for a drink outside when the sun is out.The pub has been renovated and is really well done out inside.The food is pretty standard pub food but tasted lovely (everyone had different things and all enjoyed the meals).Good service and a reasonable price.

Visited for the first time as friends were visiting and was convenient for their mooringThis was just good pub grub nothing overly impressive We booked for around 5ish and there were dishes unavailble but that may been due to a busy weekend One thing was no wine list and to be served G & T in an OJ glass even though we asked for it to be changed it was a no no I personally dont think its too much to ask for food to be of a top standard if the chefs are of a good experience. The event was ok the staff were nice and I did feel bit sorry for them as when we mentioned things they tried their best . On average with food and drinks with 3 courses you are looking around £35
