DONT USE, Went in with a flat tyre and they rounded my locking wheel nut off, which will now cost 6* the actual cost of the original fix no doubt. When discussed with reception they asked if i was happy with job i said no. I wanted them to fix the issue they caused and they tried blaming me saying it came in like that then it was wear and tear. I watched the mechanic hammer the locking wheel nut bolt into the nut multiple times turning it breaking and round the nut, but still this is wear and tear!

Called up yesterday about a puncture and was told I could bring it round but they were quite booked-up today so no timescale given. I was expecting to have the car back many hours later but two hours later I received a phone call that my tyre was fixed! Which was a relief as I'd resigned myself to needing a new tyreThe receptionist is also great, she's very calm which is what you need if you tend to panic about car problems as I do

OMG the guy on front desk is sooooo rude and arrogant. Rolling his eyes to delivery driver when l was talking about problem with my car. Needs to do a course on customer service.

Could not have had better service this week! Fitted my car in at a moments notice because of a warning. Then I was asked to come in for the car to be checked before I went on holiday to give me reassurance. Billie on the desk couldn't be more helpful and as always, incredibly reasonable charges. I've been using these guys for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else !
