Fantastic dealer. Went to look at a Fiat Doblo and ended up buying it. Very welcoming dealer. Zero pressure to buy anything, nobody watching your every move, and nobody pouncing on you. Keys were handed over to the van and a perfect zero pressure test drive. Really happy with the van and service I ended up buying it. Drove away same day including financing the van - within about an hour. They even gave the van a quick clean before driving away. Had it now nearly 3 months with no issues - just done a 450mile day trip. Would recommend this place to anybody.

We bought a kadjar from Roy needham cars at the beginning of this year. The salesman who dealt with my husband could not have been more friendly, helpful or professional. From start to finish excellent service and would highly recommend to others. I contacted Roy Needham Cars having found a vehicle I was interested in online. Reece dealt with my enquiry and I couldn't thank him enough. He sent over a personalized video of the car, all the service history and other relevant details on Whatsapp, this worked really well for me as I was busy at work and not able to speak on the phone, and lived over 30 miles away, so wasnt able to pop in. The car itself is immaculate and runs perfect. From making initial contact on Monday I drove away in my new car Thursday. They day I went to collect my car, Reece was super friendly, and very helpful. He sorted the finance out and helped me into the new car! He was so knowledgeable and friendly which made me feel relaxed at all times. The other staff were also really friendly, and it was very clear this place is reliable as there were plenty of customers coming in and making purchases when I was there! I would not hesitate buying from them again, and with the service I have received, I will certainly recommend Roy Needham cars! I even got a text from Reece that evening asking if I was enjoying the new car! Fantastic service from Reece thank you so much for getting me into my BMW!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie. Very calm, polite and no way at all pushy. I did have one small concern with the car and Jamie was extremely helpful but embarrassingly it was my lack of knowledge.

bought car had a issue with the alternator and they fitted a new then that one went after 5 months and they fitted a new one no trouble brill service highly recommend

Bought a Kia Sorrento from here part exchange to clear and got it for a brilliant price and low mileage, had a problem with the fuel pump got it straight down to garage and they sorted it straight out no charge and got a new one on it with receipt, they have always been great though out from selling the car and getting it sorted for me.Matthew

Really good to deal with, bought a car from them earlier this year,they even picked me up from the train station so I could test drive the car back to the dealer,a couple of issues came up after buying but were all sorted quickly,the car was immaculate cleanliness wise,really happy with the experience I had,will definitely consider again when I'm looking for my next car.
