Safety and distancing precautions are among the best I've seen in a retail establishment. OK, you have to queue for a while sometimes bit that's pretty normal these days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good prices and good range of products.

No longer go here .......customer service has gone down the pan ...Last time I visited I was pointed to the tablet on the wall then told to stand in the queue....That's fine I'll take me 50k a year elsewhereIf you want real customer service come to my company WTC

Fast efficient online ordering, notification by email and text, good value products. Look out for 'Trade Rated' items which are usually sensibly priced. Staff are helpful, and there is usually a place to park so you can be in and out quickly.

I've bought a few things from Screwfix past couple years and can honestly say this company exceeds all my expectations for customer service and products.They are excellent.Many other companies could take a leaf out of their companies training.both over the counter and on the phone.polite, efficient,good product knowledge.Well done .

Had already reserved and paid using click and collect. As a result was asked to go to the front of a short queue where after taking my surname and confirming details my goods were brought out promptly. A very quick and efficient service, would use again and highly recommend.

The system the shop has in place is fine, but goes to pot when the item you order is out of stock for some reason. You then have to go back out re-order an alternate if possible, then queue up again to be told that is also out of stock. Previously the service assistant would look for an alternative item and advise you, none of that helpfulness was present on my visit.
