2 of the kiosk wasn't workingAfter orderingI recieved my food after 15 minutes via table service staff apologised for the wait.Food was warm and happy with service2 mcplants meal

Only brought drinks on a pit stop, but it's probably the largest Maccies I've encountered, i was amazed (easily pleased, i know). Staff were friendly, and the store was clean. Recommended

Excellent service here, clean and tidy too. Food delivered to my table promptly and with straw and napkins. That doesn't happen at every McD's

It's our go to McDonald's in Derby. Review is for collection and eat out only. The food and service are reliably very good. Occassional, only very minor, issues are someone goes overboard on salting the fries (mainly on Saturdays) and sometimes all the items like lettuce, sauces and pickles are all clumped at one end of a bun so you can end up with the contents falling out. Otherwise it's all great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff could no go any slower if they were snails. One member of staff took a minute to close 2 happy meal boxes and find 2 drinks (both right in front of her). Other staff were chatting with staff not working (not in uniform). Other staff walking so slowly I thought they were asleep. Over 10 minute wait and wasn't busy at all. Definitely not 'fast food' any more.

I try to takeaway because I had 40° fever and I m sick ,I live about 6 min walk ,and I told in the app to call my apartment no when arriving...I looking at the map and waiting my delivery and in less than 5 min the app show me like I take the food .I try to complain to take my food I try to call nothing .With my fever I was to McDonald's and I try to talk with them and they give me the consumer no and tell me how can't help me .

A very honest review, I visited this place quite a lot (the men’s toilets stink terrible and are not cleaned often enough against the volume of people which would naturally make it smell so that’s just poor hygiene and bad management).I have noted the reviews on service speed, they are slow to serve and focus too much on the drive through leaving people waiting for long periods…My personal horrible experience by a staff member who had no right to speak to anyone how she did, least of all a regular customer.We are not long past Covid, when I visit the tables are often filthy yet they do have cleaners who seem to think chatting and hanging around is their job and not cleaning tables between sittings, if the toilets stink then it’s understandable why the tables are filthy.ButI was sat minding my own business, whilst a cleaning lady came up to me asking me to give up the table I was on ? Saying I’d been there hours (I had not I got into the place just before 11 for breakfast and was going to order lunch as I worked.I said well I’m ordering lunch and working, she became aggressive and raised her voice at me? “It’s time you moved” I then said are you saying If I buy food I can’t sit here “no!”I left bit before I did I spoke with a manager who could not care less.It’s one thing asking someone politely to make space but snapping in a horrible tone is not acceptable. There is no sign that says you cannot have breakfast and lunch here, there is no sign that says limited time to a table (this woman was just plain rude and abusive ! she also held no senior capacity to bully me into leaving as far as I saw she just cleans, she’s not a manager).If she actually did her job (cleaning a table) I wouldn’t have had to clean the filth off it before I sat there myself… where was she then, telling someone else off for eating slow or chewing too loud?Just a nasty overbearing bully of a person with no communication skills who has no right to order any customers around, I will not return.I did call McDonald’s head office who assured me I was right and she was not in a position to do that, nor should she.They said they would tell the restaurant and treat the complaint seriously.
