Excellent service from start to finish. Repairs as you would expect but Karen was great in explaining the process, getting me booked in and confirming when the repairs were completed.

No one enjoys the fact their car requires repair after an accident however I have to says CRS have been very good. Despite anapparently a national shortage of courtesy cars, which delayed my repair for quite a while (hence the 4 stars) they did try and accommodate my needs and were flexible, they are accurate in their repair estimates and honest when things come up. Karen on front desk was helpful in understanding my situation and tried her best to keep me in the loop.I hope I don’t have to use their services any time soon, but would recommend them to anytime.

After an unfortunate accident in the company car CRS were instructed to help and they couldn't do enough to support me. I would 100% recommend this company.I was well informed and kept up to date by Abbie & Karen about the service I was to receive. On the day I took in my company vehicle I was seen to straight away and on my way home within the hour.

CRS repaired by company vehicle following a rear shunt. All went through the insurance and right from initial contact with Abbie, CRS were extremely professional.Work was completed quicker than I thought and the finished results were perfect. Rear doors, new bumper and cross beam all replaced and better than new.Vehicle had a full clean and valet, and is looking a million dollars!Thank you CRS.

This feedback is going for the guys at the workshop at CRS, Rotherham, who did an amazing job to my Honda Civic. They performed a super professional-high standard repair (rear driving side) after an unfortunate incident I had. The customer service I received was pleasant and very professional too from the girls at the front desk. Karen was always very welcoming and kept me up to date with the progress of work. My car looks like brand new and the delivery time (almost 10 days turnaround) was on time. Thank you for a great experience, I would definitely use them again! TOP JOB! *****

Absolutely blown away with the work carried out.Keith was amazing, painting my mirror cap, and retaining the factory moulding seam.Abbie, was extremely helpful, fitting in my repair around my work commitments.If I could give this company 10 stars I would, first class work, and service A+++++.

First class CompanyIt was refreshing to have all my questions answered on my first contact by Karen, who explained what would be involved, time scales and a rough idea of the cost. It being the first time I've ever had to have my car repaired it was very much appreciated, so thank you Karen.I received a detailed estimate the same day so I was able to make an informed decision.The workmanship is excellent so many thanks to all involved on the repair side.I would highly recommend this company.
