Highy recommend!I've been here at lot recently.They sell a lot of various pc items andeverything that I have needed to finish off my pc build, they have had in stock and good prices too.I will definitely be popping in again next time I need to pick something else up.

These guys are brilliant - they do exactly as they say will do.They tell you what they think the problem is and potentially how much it will cost the solve. No big sell or overhyped promises or techie talk.My laptop was running like an absolute dog. Taking ages to start up and really not performing with any sense of urgency. For a very reasonable £140, it now runs like its brand new fresh out the box. BANG. SORTD!

Computer nightmare solved. On 10 April 2023 I opened my rather old my iMac to find I was neither receiving nor able to send BT emails.BT Fraud were very thorough over three long phone calls over 4 days and eradicated the main seat of the scam where the scammer was redirecting all my incoming mails to himself and himself sending begging emails to my address book.I was still left with an unusable email system from problems inside my iMac. As a first time visitor I went to The Computer Studio in East Grinstead. Peter Johnson identified the remaining hooks in my email system the same day, 18 April, but persistent parts remained which I found when I got home.The next day Peter was able to remove the remaining problems. Into the bargain he replaced the very slow internal hard drive including removal and re-fixing the screen with adhesive. All in the one day. I found them a most professional caring outfit.Result, very happy customer with much faster computer with functioning email and without major dent in my bank account so thank you very much again.

I made a mistake and bought the wrong piece of equipment for the job I intended. They could not have been more helpful in sorting out the right thing and, without any problems, gave me the refund. Much better than buying over the Internet. It's good to talk to someone and get face to face help. I would highly recommend The Computer Studio.

I went to the Computer Studio initially to get a few missing screws on my macbook laptop. Tim Rush, one of the computer studio staff, had just a quick touch of the back of my laptop and knew right away that the battery has swollen. He showed to me the state of my computer. He ordered a new battery and installed it by the next day noon. I was pleased by a very effective and professional service.

This was a great experience. The guys at the Computer Studio fixed a major Windows problem 100%. They mentioned also that a new solid state drive would speed my computer up 5x, which I requested they do. The computer loads and operates more than 10x faster now. Like I said, great experience.

The most helpful people - nothing too much trouble.I recently bought a printer for home use - brilliant advice and service. When I tried to set it up - my very junior technical prowess wasn't sufficient to get the printer printing!!!If I'd bought it on the Internet, I would have had to pay a local technician to come out and sort it at a hefty cost - however, I popped into the shop and they organised a remote virtual fix when I returned home - and all fixed and working.You simply don't get that service online - that's why I am always happy to support a local bricks based businessThank you very much
