A top quality Car Sale Business. Quality service and quality cars. Recently bought a new car from them. Travelled 180miles and I was worried of a pushy salesman. But quite the opposite, I was free to look around the car and test drive it, without someone giving the hard sell. They know their cars, and the cars speak for themselves. I would use them again..... but not quite yet.... more fun to be had in my new Scirocco!

Michael has been extremely helpful and I would say you can have confidence in buying a car from him.I bought a very nice Mercedes E-Class convertible of which I am very pleased with.Unfortunately, the car developed a fault a few days after I bought it but Michael didn’t hesitate to get the problem fixed. There was no indication of the problem when purchased and I had driven it for over 250 miles before the dreaded Engine Fault light showed it's ugly face!All in all I’m really happy and the car appears to be fine now with no further issues to date.If I had any complaints, it’s that when I collected the car there was absolutely no fuel in it (showing red on the reserve!) and for paying nearly £15K for the car at least half a tank of fuel should have been available. And also, having had to take the car back 130 miles from down South to have it fixed, of which there was over half a tank of fuel, again it was returned to me with less than 30 miles of fuel remaining.Not a serious complaint by any means, but this made the difference in my choice of 4 stars instead of 5.I would however, without doubt, most certainly buy another car from him in the future.Thanks Michael for a wonderful car and all your (and Andy's) help. :-)

Fantastic company brought a bmw before and now got my volvo off them smooth transaction as always and top quality service. Andy even stayed over so i was able to collect after work thanks again

A very nice and tidy showroom with a friendly owner.I spoke to Michael over the phone, who was very nice to speak with. When I arrived, he gave me plenty of time to check the car out and go for a test drive.There was no push on a sale and he gave me a good brief history on the car too. I will go to check the car out again soon to see if it is right for me.

Visited dealership to test drive an Audi TT yesterday. Seamless experience and non pushy salesman which was a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t recommend Michael any more, really nice guy.

Great comms from Michael at Monarch. Car exactly as described. Paid my deposit over the phone without hesitation on the clear basis I could have it back if not totally happy. Not disappointed on arrival. Given all the time I needed to look over the car and test drive. No pressure just good knowledge of what the car had to offer from Monarch. Paperwork all in order and away in under an hour. Beautiful car handled with care an efficiency. I could have bought any one of the cars on show as they all looked like clean Examples at competative prices.
