One of the best agencies that I have come across in London. They are very polite and understanding towards the clients. I got a 3bhk at a very reasonable price and nesilda was great at guiding me through the moving process and was always there to help me wherever and whenever required. Would definitely recommend this agency to my peers.

We have recently rented a property through Coultons Chingford which has gone very well. Nesilda was very responsive to any requests and very happy to show us the property a couple of times before we made a decision. Very detailed services which make the process that much easier.

I approached Coultons in Chingford after 2 failed attemps by another agency to sell my property. John was great from the word go with his clear and sound advice. I never felt I was receiving a sales pitch. He was very knowledgeable, personable and gave me the feeling I could trust him! Then Roberto was managing my sale and he was incredibly professional. Viewings were organised promptly and hassle free for me. They work as a team so when I had the need to contact them, I could speak to either without having to start from the beginning. Because of the previous disappointments. I was worried and I think I made more contact than necessary buy I always had a very friendly and reassuring but honest response.Now after a nail biting almost three months, I am about to complete the sale and ready for a very welcoming relocation/early retirement. We recently sold our house in Garfield road with Coultons. It has been a very challenging period with the market , however I can not thank Roberto Falzone enough for his professionalism, local knowledge of the market.We sold really quickly within a month, however it fell through. We put it back on the market and it was sold again within 10 days thanks to Roberto and the fantastic team at Coultons.Everybody at the office is so friendly and their sense of humour is second to none, which is important since selling and buying a house is so stressful.
