10 out of 10 for Jonny on the first floor. Sorted us out with some football boots for my daughter. Excellent customer service, was surprised that he wasn't management. You would be wise to keep hold of him Sports Direct.

Too small a place for all the stock they have out so it gets really annoying to walk around with not much space so you are constantly bumping into people. Cheap stuff makes up for the fact that the horrible bloke Mike Ashley owns it

Top floor for real sports stuff, ground floor to pay. A empty box of golf balls. Cashier charged for bag and empty box, didnt realise box was empty and she had to get a full box. To be fair staff were nice and very friendly.

3 girls on the tills - 1 bloke wandering round ignoring customers and one poor girl running round trying to sort multiple customers at once.I'm sure her manager was enjoying his weekend at home though.

Fantastic service (Member of staff Paulina) went to get a size 9 £40 Adidas trainer. Didn’t have any but brought back a £36 identical pair. It was cheaper than the Gretna outlet. Well chuffed

One person on the till having to wait ages to get served.!!! then to find out that the big sizes are ltd couldn't find any staff on the floor to ask questions, very poor, won't be shopping there again.

Love it for the sports wear etc, and never had a rude assistant, but have not managed in the last 3 days to get through on the phone either here or Dumfries to find out about the luggage range, needed for a holiday thought if had the info would be easier when I could get in after work at the weekend so dissappointed.

Brillant I all ways buy my shoe form this store and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Everyone is happy to help when ever they can. And they trousers are great as well.
