Central location but that’s about it. Stairwells are filthy and lifts disgusting with puddles of water or urine all over them. If this is your first impression of Paignton it’s a shocker. One of the dirtiest car parks I have ever encountered. Avoid it and park at the sea front.

Like all car park round here prices are excessive torbay council really have your pants down! This car park is very unsavoury at nite lots of dodgy characters and homeless hanging around. Stayed at hotel at side of building could hear cars being spun around in there in the middle of the nite! Luckily my car was still there in the morning!

It's a multi story car park. Narrow entrances and even narrower parking bays but it was quiet so no problems. Easy pedestrian egress and close to the centre of town. £8.50 for 24hrs is ok as I wasn't paying. Although it says long stay, the sensible parking rate jumps from 4hrs to 24 with nothing in between so it's either 4 hours or all day.

Honestly they should pay you to even enter the place. Stinks of pee in every stairwell. Homeless living on the floors. Smashed bottles. I walked past 2 pairs of soiled underwear - which seens to be a theme as there were more in the adjoining public toilets.

Dirty filthy. Always stinks of urine. So bad it made me retch. Makes the lift and stairs unable to be used. Disgrace from the council as it isn't cheap to park here.

I think they should lower their prices in the evenings in non peak months. They also have no lighting on the ground floor so after sunset it looks like a pretty sketchy place to walk to your car. The place also has graffiti but actually that was the most charming thing about it and the only reason why I'm giving it two stars. However it does also have the beach within 5 minute walking distance.

This should be nominated for a horror movie setting. No lights at night. The sight of those empty coaches in pitch darkness is enough to give the healthiest person a heart attack. The sheer stench of urine is not for the faint hearted. I literally drove in and drove straight back out. I'd happily pay a parking fine to park somewhere else over parking here. It wins the prize for the worst carpark in Devon.

Good location ,issue us that the machines are never working so u have to walk up and down the promenade until u can find one that is not out of order, easier to pay via there app

This car park is awful. It's dirty, it stinks, and it looks like a homeless shelter. It's an eye sore, too. You wouldn't expect this in Paignton. Torbay council needs to sort this place out, clean it up, paint it, and have security in place.
