Very bad experience. The man working there was very polite and did a fantastic job. The woman on the other hand … I chose an outfit which I liked and the lady agreed to altering it to my liking. Me and my husband paid the deposit for it. 2 days before the occasion we was preparing for we gave the lady a call and she said “yes it’s ready, come”. My husbands attire was perfect. When I tried mine on, I realised the alterations that I wanted were not done so I’ve said that to the lady. At first she said she forgot then a minute later that she couldn’t do it because of the way the dress was made then again a minute later she said to give her 50 minutes and she’ll do it. At this point I didn’t trust she would do what I needed so I said it’s fine I don’t want it anymore to which she responded that I have to pay for it now because she already cut the length. She had my number, why didn’t she call me to ask if she should go ahead and cut the length even though the rest couldn’t be done? Why just assume? My husband tried to calm the situation by saying “let the lady try to do it” and that’s when in a very childish manner she started saying “no I’m not doing it now”. Very poor service from the lady.

Excellent customer service including good quality and affordable prices for all their products. Would surely visit again.
