Ben and the Team are excellent, professional and always prepared to go that extra mile to help. We recently had an issue with one of their suppliers products and Ben took the lead to get the matter resolved with minimal imapct to us the Customer. We have no hesistation in recommending Ben and the team in Henley-On-Thames who have helped us rennovate 3 bathrooms with their Bathroom and Plumbing supplies and excellent product guidance.

Superb high quality service, exceeded any expectations. From help with choosing the exact product, they just made everything so easy. Found the closest suppliers, made sure everything arrived on time, even called the plumbers and arranged for them to pick it up to save a journey. Was just absolutely fantastic thank you so very very much James at Henley and originally Clive at High Wycombe for all the help, time amd effort. Brilliant!
