absolutely terrible service. ordered my boxes to be delivered days ago and still have not received it. no one ever picks up their phone nor reply to emails. genuinely disappointed.

He told me that they are going to deliver my boxes on Wednesday, still haven't arrive on friday, also, it is impossible to contect them.

The pick up of my boxes in june was fine, but the storage was supposed to deliver my boxes on friday, 3 days later I have no news and was not noticed that my first delivery was cancelled. Very bad experience and put me in a bad situation having to live with nothing in a flat.

Reliable service - no hassle and everything arrived on the day we agreed. Plan to use again next year.

It's a one-man company which means he is unable to pick up the phone, reply emails, collect and deliver boxes at once.My boxes arrived late and in poor condition. They said they provide free bubble wrap in the promtion but the truth is they provided only a thin roll of wrap for whatever number of boxes you ordered.I wraped my things well with extra bubble wraps and airbags I got on my own (coz they just didnt provide enough!) but 1/4 of my plates, bowls and mugs were still broken. What's more is that when I emailed them about the damages, he said the boxes were collected by courier and blamed all damages on the courier. He also said as if you should never store glass/china with them since they state on the web that glass/china are not insured. But imagine, even my pot and wok were dented so it's not just about glass/china but steel. Even the courier may be responsible for the damages, they hired the courier so they could not step off.Storing with them was cheaper but my entire experience was poor as I just kept sending emails and making calls to see when my boxes would arrive when they should have arrived way earlier.If you are okay with losing some of your cups and plates, and not having your boxes delivered on time, they are indeed a economical choice.

Bad experience, boxes were late for six days. Didn't show up on the first and second agreed delivery day, blaming that I have not paid, submitted the wrong form, reception wouldn't accept delivery before checkin but in fact they do not check bank accounts, I have confirmed delivery with reception, and they didn't notice me before they cancel the first delivery. Furthermore its really hard to contact the company, voice mail is full, email has no response.
