Attain properties were efficient when I was going through the process of a company let. Liam was very helpful, he guided me step by step through the process and made it as easy as possible for me. This is my first property let, so although I have a lot of knowledge I had never gone through the process before- Liam regularly called, and explained everything clearly so that everything went smoothly for me.

Liam from Attain Properties did fantastic job of getting me tenant in 3 days. He filmed the video from entrance and showed all the details of kitchen units, bath, closet and garden. He also went extra length to collect the keys from office which is almost 60 minutes drive, arranged electric certificate and other odd jobs for me quickly and cost effectively. Given me references of insurers and also made arrangements for extra set of keys. The photos were good and the service is excellent. I really wish he was here in London, I would have given complete management to him. Amazing hard work and I recommend him highly.
