Gem's Healing Hands
Gemma has been massaging my shoulders for a few year's now, in the beginning it was weekly, she has worked wonders on them so I am now not in as much pain, I see her monthly now to keep on top of the issue.She is a lovely person and very professional, will always try to fit you in if an emergency crops up.

Gemma has given me several massages and always done an amazing job. I have also attended her circuit training sessions which have been brilliant, she makes time for each person to help them perfect teqnics and gives encouragement to keep you going when it gets tough. 5 star rating for this lovely lady.

Highly recommend, had a pain in the lower back and had a sports massage to sort it out she did a top job, and taken part in the classes which were excellent

Gemma is a consumate professional. I pulled a muscle in the back of my leg a couple of years ago, literally a couple of sessions and I was basically sorted. I won't hesitate to go back to her if the need arises. Top class service.
