We have known Mark Thorne for many years, and he has always been reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond to sort all problems regarding plant, with the least upheaval. We would have no hesitation in recommending his company, backed with his very efficient partner Nikki, to all colleagues and friends.

My first experience of Mark was challenging him to diagnose and fix a problem with my old mini digger. Others had tried and failed and it seemed that the machine would have to be scrapped. His approach was calm, logical and analytical. He clearly had experience and a thorough understanding of machinery. The outcome was a success and the cause of the problem was quite different from that which the others had perused. Result!From that encounter I learned that he also works as a digger driver using his own machine. I have just used this service and in one week he has complete a large field pond and landscaping job. The terrain was challenging and again his logic and systematic approach were key. He was a pleasure to work with.

I called Mark after finding them on line as I needed a repair on my mini excavator. Mark came round the same day, on time as promised. He is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to give good advice and do all the repair work and some other service work that also needed doing. He was very professional, did a great job and put up with the inquisitive kids! I will definitely be using Mark in future and would highly recommend him - in fact I already have to a friend of mine! Really good to deal with Mark and Nikki. Honest good value and competent. Got a nice Transit for conversion to camper at less than half price of a VW. Mark was punctual and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Mark is a mobile mechanic and available to carry out repairs or servicing at your own house. Definitely recommend without hesitation.
