Had a horribly long wait for my drink… Ordered one Regular bubble tea and waited 20 minutes.. It didnt even taste great.. It tastes unfresh, Salty, the tapioca wasnt cooked properly either. Dont recommend, as I will not be returning.

The drinks sold here are incredibly tasty! Although I have only been here a couple of times, the drinks have always looked very aesthetically pleasing and taste full of flavour! The shop has been laid out very well with self-service kiosks (currently broken unfortunately) but also have very nice staff. There are a few seating areas in the shop, good for sitting whilst waiting for your drink to be made. Below is the strawberry with matcha drink, which I would definitely reccommend. :)

This place is so great and good atmosphere. Take away and dinning option is also here. You can order also self machines are here. Service is so good and i am so happy here to have this. I am from cambridge. I love gong tea so much

I ordered the “recommended” Taro Milk Drink from the menu. The drink arrived and it’s tasteless. I paid more for pearls and they were not fresh anymore as they were tasteless and hard. It’s more expensive than other bubble tea shops too.

Wonderful Bubble Tea. Wonderful environment. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended. The large touch screen ordering system was excellent as it gave my daughter a million options and a chance to pick the perfect flavours. The price is better than ALL of the bubble tea shops in my area and the lady who runs/own the franchise was super friendly and very very welcoming. I will be returning.

I ordered just ONE large cup of pearl milk tea and waited for 45 MINUTES even though there were plenty of staff. The staff made the orders very randomly, like my order was 86 but they kept calling the people with 90, 91, 94 etc a.k.a who entered the shop after myself. Not to mention they just put like HALF amount of pearl as the normal cup supposed to have!! Like you paid for the pearl but they made it like you begged for it?Very bad staff and service.Gongcha Nottingham you should definitely revise your management. So disappointed. Not recommended.

ordered the regular milk tea with boba pearls....I LOVE IT! my first time trying bubble tea and discovered here, im so glad i did!! however it was very sweet but i blame myself for that since i asked for standard sugar thinking it was just normal amount. definitely recommend!!

So far from bubble teas I tried and I order fresh milk brown sugar pearls, it tasted soso, almost like medicine, which seemed strange! Cute interior and okay service! I liked the self order system too! I will probably try this place again with different flavour just to see if that makes the difference!
