Luton Airport Parking

Excellent service from this company. The car park is located on an industrial estate 20 mins or so from the airport. The pre-arranged taxi pick ups were efficient and staff were friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with allocating extra days due to our cancelled flight. Recommended.

Site was a long way from the airport and relatively hard to find. Looked tatty. Site appeared unattended - we arrived slightly early. Contacted the taxi service who were not aware of the booking. Called main number and the taxi was authorised and dispatched. Congested traffic on way to airport. Luton airport pick up area is very inconvenient (deliberate airport policy, not under control of LutonAirportParking). Buses to long term car parks looked easier to use...nearer, and no queues. On checking prices nearer the time I found that the Airport long term car parking would actually have been cheaper.

A considerably cheaper alternative to parking at the airport. Naz and his coworkers were extremely polite and helpful. The complimentary taxi / shuttle service takes about 15 minutes to get to / from the airport, so build that time into your planned arrival at the airport. I had to wait no longer than 5 minutes to be picked up at either end of my journey by the taxi. I am VERY happy with Luton Airport Parking and will use them again. (One other matter, the indoor parking location and the outdoor parking are located at DIFFERENT addresses, so don't make the mistake of driving to one if you have booked the other, like I did!)

Most expensive.total looting.you must be really rich to pay for those parking . dome time you can buy tickets to EU for £50 up and down but for car you need to pay more then £150 .

Concerns about credibility were completely unfounded, totally legitimate, punctual and courteous. Much better than hanging about for a bus and lugging cases around,will definitely use again. Chris

Scruffy car park that makes you feel like your putting them out by being there if I'm honest. Also incredibly expensive.

I arrived the Friday, was very well received and waited just 05 min to have the classic black cab (friendly drivers)The Sunday I called and, as stated, 15 later my taxi was here. I arrived at the parking was immediately given the key.Cheaper, friendly and faster than a stay in a long-stay area probably

Very poor service I would not recommend Luton Airport parking. Just want your money with no consideration to basic human concerns / problems.Poor road signs leading up to airport. Over priced.Look forward to any responsible senior manager contacting me to discuss. the best parking facility i've ever used and i've used hundreds all over the world. we parked for 7 days and paid £67 including free transfer to the airport. a day before arriving we were sent a text to say we had been upgraded to use their internal executive facility. we arrived at 3.30am to a red carpeted parking lounge beautifully lit and monitored. greeted by a very polite and helpful staff member who offered tea and coffee along with the use of a clean wc if need be(very rare)because their were only 3 of us travelling nas offered to chauffeur us to the airport in his very luxurious car instead of the black cab which we did not refuse. it took 7 minutes to get to the airport and we felt like royalty.i can whole heartedley say this was a wonderful experience and a great start to our holiday. i will not use any other if flying from luton again
