This guys are great. I came here with my two children (4 and 11) for a quick byte. They were starving, and in no time they had their noodles on the table, ready to it. The loved it, but nothing really remarkable to me. I am aware that you need a bit of time to prepare good food, so no complaints on that. We got complimentary ice creams. It is a bit pricey for what you get, though

The food was fantastic. The buffet menu is very well priced and the restaurant has a really nice feel to it. The staff are polite and the food was served really quick. It's the second time I've been to this restaurant and I will definitely go again.

Had table for 5, two of which were gluten free & one vegetarian. All our choices from the extensive menu were excellent. Service was prompt & very friendly & welcoming. Lovely, newly decorated surroundings. A very pleasant evening. Will definitely be returning

Went here on Saturday 8th June 2019, service was mind numbingly slow, even though the place was virtually empty... it is NOT a buffet, they bring 2 very small plates of food out for you at a time. How they have the audacity to charge £13.50 for a buffet I don’t know, it’s in the middle of a housing estate. Plus drinks are very expensive. And to top it off, me and my wife have had food poisoning for 3 days since eating here, we will definitely not be returning.

We were a group of 10, this place is absolutely amazing, great customer service and food was on point and the prices were so reasonable. I can’t find anything bad to say about this place. They were so accommodative. The waitress and waiter were so polite too. Totally recommend it for those going up to Sheffield and looking for the best Chinese, Tang is the place.

Food not that good considering how many reviews it gets. Service takes ages and we were the 3rd table of 3 in that night. It's been 4 years since I was last there and the food has not improved, I get better from my favourite take away down in Woodseats. Not sure I'll go back, not due to service but the food, it's just not that good. The menus are falling apart, mainly as they look like they were created in 1970.

I love this Chinese restaurant! Friendly staff, no long wait times, great portion sizes, fair prices, fantastic tasty food and really clean inside. Couldn't ask for a better restaurant.

From November 2019 it has new owners and Rachael is back front of house no buffet now but the set menus are good value,and you can swap one meal for one of your choice.and we had a portion of well done crispy chips.its a shame words not got round that is changed hands.we love it now.

We checked these reviews to find some are not about Tang. This restaurant opened in November 2019. The previous restaurant - Beijing City closed. This restaurant has new owners. Ignore the previous reviews before November 2019.We’ve been a few times now. The environment is lovely - it’s been newly decorated and set out. We had the set menus each time. Fantastic service and food. We would recommend this to all.

We came to this restaurant twice during our visit to Sheffield from London and absolutely loved it. Amazing food and service from both the chef and staff. Would highly recommend this place for tasty food and value. Very accommodating to specific dietary as well. Highly recommended if your heading to peak District
