This is a scam, or at least that was my experience. I booked an online appointment via the website, filled out the required forms with personal information and paid in full. The appointment was for 3 days later. I was in a bad place and hurting very much but I thought the wait would be worth it.I never heard from anyone at the academy. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up on Skype, nobody contacted me or delivered an explanation. Afterwards I also never received any communication. But they certainly took my money.I don't know what kind of business takes advantage of people in need of therapeutic help but I recommend the staff of the Theta Healing Academy undergo some soul searching. What they did was cruel and dishonest.I recovered my money via a lengthy complaints process at PayPal. It was 188 GBP.On a side note, anyone engaged or employed in alternative therapy ought to be aware that it is 2022. If such methods are to gain the respect of a wider public, perhaps it is time to put aside the new age hippie attitude of the rules don't apply to me" and to embrace calendars
