Another great experience with a Lounge restaurant. Food was very good. Food tolerances are well catered for. Good amount of room between tables. Clean toilets. Always love the decor. Food took a little time to arrive but only because it was busy, and we received it after those that arrived before us, but before those that arrived after so all good. We will be returning.

I've seen others review where the waiting time was long, that wasn't the case for us! Food came relatively quick and the food quality is 10/10.I ordered the nasi goreng. Now hear me out. I'm from Malaysia and they served Malaysian styled. It was absolutely amazing. They nailed the taste and the egg was a good consistency. However, the gochujang sauce was a nice twist to the dish and I think its good to differentiate.The tapas and the vegan dishes were all wonderful. Plenty seasoning and everything just melts in ur mouth. I don't drink so I don't have a say in the drinks here. But a lot of people say its good!Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The self order at the table was straight forward and easy. Environment is 10/10 phenomenal.

Service was good and they understood my lactose intolerance well and were able to accommodate. However, I had really high hopes for this place because I have been to the Portsmouth lounge and found it so amazing I have been recommending this brand to everyone. But the food was not good, the menu is quite similar to the Portsmouth branch and I ordered for £8.50 the smashed avocado brunch. I expected a decent size ciabatta and SMASHED avocado but this was nothing like what was listed. I received a soggy panini will chopped up tomato and avocado and it was missing the salsa and guac which i had to ask for separately. I literally was so disappointed because I do understand this is a new opening but this is a menu item that appears to be pretty well thought out on the menu and for it to come like this was just upsetting you know. I added an egg as well but the egg was watery and overdone. Drinks were great though so that was a positive. A young man at the end asked us how out food was and as I was trying to explain to him he just kept cutting me off and saying ‘Yep thanks’ like he didn’t want to hear a response. I feel like staff should actually want to hear feedback rather than shutting people down, especially as a new opening. I have attached photos of the menu compared to what I received (half eaten). Please do better because I genuinely believed in this brand but this was less than good.

Very nice atmosphere in this new addition to Deal's High Street. Spacious and clean with nice decor, creating a very pleasant destination for a meal and a drink.The menu offers a variety of choices to suit a multitude of palettes; the tapas are particularly good.There's also an extensive range of drinks available, both alcoholic and non alcoholic.Note it's not the cheapest place to dine but you get what you pay for, the food is well presented, high quality and delicious.

£3.50 for a tiny mug of chips, a levelled cup of chips, not even poking over the top... Had to take my kids (who don't eat a lot) to Al's bakery afterwards as I wasn't waiting an hour and 10 mins for another portion.

Tapas was tasty and came in good time despite being fairly busy, looked a good overall selection of food & drink at reasonable price.Really enjoyed the atmosphere, was vibrant place but tables well spaced out so wasn't too loud.Ordered at the bar, service was friendly, cautious with allergies.

The decor of the New Lounge is spot on in a very cozy atmosphere. The front of the building is impressive and drawing to come into. I've been in twice and had a Mocha, reasonably priced hot drinks. The sticks to highlight Soya and Decaf give me reassurance I got what I asked for. The reason my rating is lower, is because the food is marginally overpriced for the quality we get. I got a Vegan BLT for £9 just for it to come out looking like a sandwich I get from the £3.50 Tesco Meal with marginally a little more filling. Having to pay £3 extra for chips, meaning I paid nearly £15 for a sandwich (which just looks like hovis bread) , chips and Mocha. We were barely served or asked how our food was, I couldn't find any staff to complain about the overpricing

Just opened for a week so some minor teething problems but generally lovely food and good service. Almost no desserts left at 2pm on Saturday afternoon so disappointed. Definitely recommended. A great addition for Deal.

Went to lunch here with friendsIt's decorated and dressed very nicely with good space between tables.My husband had the breakfast, which was nicely presented, and he said was good. One friend had the lamb curry, which she said was lovely and made me wish I had gone for the cauliflower curry. I had 3 tapas dishes, which were quite small for the money but tasty.It really seemed to confuse the lady taking our order, which 2 of us had from the gluten-free menu. She asked if we had an allege, which we don't but prefer to try and set gluten-free. We explained this and were asked again if we had an allege as they prepare the food differently if you do. Surely all gluten-free is prepared the same way.We will definitely visit again if we are in Deal .

First time here and had a really good experience, food was lovely, staff member we interacted with friendly, the decor inside was really nice, so all in all and really nice place and would defo go back.
