Received a hand tied bouquet for my birthday 1st July after 5 days was removing dead flowers, very poor quality. I recently purchased a £10 bouquet from Tesco which lasted for over 1 week, dont know how much my birthday 1 cost but i can imagine it was much more

My wife and I have just received a bouquet of flowers from Elaines for our 52nd wedding anniversary ordered by my sister in law they are absolutely wonderful. Although we live in redcar we have never used Elaines but we will in future thank you.

Very desapointing service.. We are regular customer, using this shop every yeas, but despite that florists didn’t take much care.Placed order for AM delivery, Birthday Occasion, day before. Delivered late PM,We had to call and ask what happened few times, they even didn’t bother to say sorry, they urtogant tone ov voice, like they doing favour for me. Please avoid.

What I ordered and what I got, I specified that I wanted something light and with pastels. But because while in the shop my sister was touching other flowers it automatically meant I wanted those in my bouquet, was their reasoning with us. Refused to give money back because my sister was upset with her order, and they didn’t want to deal with it. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Nothing like what I specified or ordered. Could of done a better job with the supermarket flowers. Next time if you don’t have what the customers want in stock don’t accept the order. It’s as simple as that

Really disappointing. Paid £25 including delivery for what ended up a bunch of chrysanthemums and 3 gerbras. Not even that big a bunch for the price. Will stick to supermarket flowers next time. Would have got roses, lilies and a decent size bunch in better wrapping for £15. Don’t fleece your customers. They won’t come back.
