Karen and her team are fantastic, they look after you so well, super friendly and really listen to what you want. I went in the first time feeling low with thin hair and came out with a beautiful cut and colour that made my hair look thick and made me feel so much better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I brought my Daughter for her hair doing last night to the salon at The Springs and the staff were fantastic with her, she is 17 an Autistic and most people treat her like a child but she felt pampered and relaxed which is always difficult when doing or going somewhere new. Tia cut her hair and was fabulous with my daughter we will be returning.

I've struggled over the years to find a hair salon that I've felt comfortable with. Room 97 at The Springs has super friendly people, and even though there can be quite a few clients, it is a lovely spacious place, so it never feels too busy. Karen always listens and takes time to check that I'm happy with the final result. I have curly hair, but by the time I leave, it is highlighted, cut, and tamed again :) The Springs is also great for the free parking and other facilities.

I have been coming to room 97 for couple of years and karen has always been amazingI have had various treatments and cuts and the service has always been excellent . The staff are super friendly and it’s in a nice easy location with free parkingKaren genuinely cares for her clients and makes you at ease . She listens and never forgets the conversation we have had and remembers all my family and checks on me and them .She always checks on what I want and also makes sure that the hair cut or treatment is to my liking . She gives great advice and her opinion in regards with my hair .I can’t imagine going anywhere else

I went to have my hair cut only by 1 inch ( ends) and slight soft layers at the end. I left with such a bad haircut I never had one like this in my life. The hair on the back of my head has been cut by no less than 6 inches (!) which will take me months to grow back. I am extremely dosappointed Now I cannot even hide my hair in a ponytail as all the different lengths fall out of it. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

Today I had my hair cut at a salon I have never been to before, now I have to say I have been looking for a Good" hairdressers for years and I think I have found it right on my doorstep.Now I give good and bad criticism and I use social media to share my experiences " honestly " .The lady that cut my hair made me feel so comfortable she listened to everything I wanted and definitely delivered.Staff couldn't do enough for their customers. The salon is absolutely beautiful and spotless so modern.I just want to say Thank You Karen for your great hospitality and amazing talent at cutting hair..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Wow! Just wow! I went here as a recommendation from a friend. The salon was so welcoming and friendly and the staff couldn't do enough for you. It's been a very, very long time since I've been to a salon that offers such friendly service and attentiveness. If you want somewhere to go for your hair doing where they listen to exactly what you want and give you a full pampering, then this is the place to go. You'll come out feeling like a completely different person! Thank you so much to Karen for your expertise. I'll definitely be coming back!

Been for my cut and colour with the lovely Karen today fabulous as always but I would also like to mention Finley the lovely young lady that did my hair wash and head massage absolutely fantastic best hair wash I ever had lol xx

Avoid!!!Had an appointment with Tia on the 26th of August for a hair up which didnt last for an hour. I had my hair curled but by the time I Got home it was back to normal like it wouldnt been done at all. Definitely not Worth £35.
