Creative Calm Yoga Studio

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Janine Hurley is an amazingly intuitive yoga teacher. Very kind and tonnes of great ideas. Ewen SIM is a very lovely man who is so tuned in to mindfulness. All in a beautiful space.

Love Creative Calm, there is so much to offer and the instructors are top of their game. I have attended many classes with Karen Hadget in particular, Her knowledge of Asanas, why we do them and how they improve our physical and mental wellbeing is excellent. I have also joined Karens workshops with Bridgett who teaches Mindfulness. Together they make exceptianal team. Ive done yoga all over the globe and Creative Calm are still top of my list of favourites.

I have been renting this studio since it opened for yoga classes, one to one yoga therapy and trauma therapy. It is a beautiful, clean studio with yogic principles at its core. The owners Karen and Janine are a delight to work with and as a student of theirs I have enjoyed many wonderful yoga classes. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere and a real community feel. I would highly recommend any of the classes and teachers here.

This is a great place to practice yoga. I've been going to Karen's classes and workshops for many years. Karen is a great teacher..able te create a focused and fun , non judgemental space. Her explanations and demonstrations are really clear. I've definitely felt the benefits in term of well being and strength and flexibility. .

Janine is a brilliant teacher! Makes everyone feel at ease and relaxed! Whether you are new to yoga or a yoga expert she tailors her classes to your needs in a lovely relaxing environment!

Having attended the classes since the studio opened, I can recommend both the venue and the teachers.The studio is in a great, accessible location and provides a professional and relaxing environment with a variety of equipment.My favourite teacher is Karen. A highly knowledgeable and informative teacher who is friendly, fun and engaging. Her classes are fantastic and you feel both relaxed and comfortable. She always makes sure that it is about you, what your body needs and can achieve. Her classes are for everyone no matter your age or ability.Oh, I almost forgot to mention the Yoga Nidra at the end of class. The perfect finish to a perfect class. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Janine, Ewen and all at Creative Calm enough. Have done pregnancy yoga and baby yoga/ massage and both sets of classes were amazing- so relaxing and great fun with my little boy too (the baby yoga/ massage)! Janine creates such a welcoming atmosphere and the studio is such a warm and friendly place to be. Thankyou!

I love this studio. It’s an airy, light space with room to breathe. Every student can be seen and is welcomed warmly by the teachers. I’ve done a variety of classes there and I always leave feeling calm and generally better than when I arrived. Thank you all at creative calm.

Karen and Janine have created a beautiful, welcoming space. The teaching is amazing. They are always learning and developing personally and they take this into their teaching so classes feel like a progression and are never stale. This is my place of calm where I rebalance and re-energise.
