Thank you Jorgie for a wonderful experience booking my first all inclusive holiday to Rhodes! Meeting Jorgie was fate, we already had an idea we wanted to go to a particular hotel, no way did we think that we would meet a previous employee with lots of insider information. Thank you for the giving me reassurance and having so much knowledge about the area and hotel, this is why we need our high street stores to stay open. 10/10 thank you lovely! Xx

Popped into the Middlesbrough store on the 4th November to book a winter holiday with this company. I have used this store only a few months before, due to the excellent service. So it was no surprise to be served by the lovely Ella. This lady was polite, professional and very helpful with my booking. Ella also took the time to even reduce my overall price from the online price by checking various options and dates etc. Thank you Ella.

Visited the store today, service was excellent. Lizzie took her time to find me the perfect deal. Amazing, friendly service, would 100 percent recommend. I wouldn't book online again as the service from TUI and inparticulary Lizzie was outstanding.

Just booked my next holiday at TUI in Middlesborough, Absolutely amazing service from Becky in store and i would highly recommend anyone to book their next dream holiday through this store. Becky is very friendly, professional and easy to talk to which made me feel at ease from the beginning. I even got offered refreshments.
