What an amazing place! Pickle was so happy in your care. Sending me Whatsapp pictures and videos was such a nice touch. It's evident take great care of the fluffy friends in your retreat as I could see Pickle had bonded with you. Thank you for taking such great care of her. She's looking forward to staying with you again, later this month.

We were very nervous about leaving our 1 year old for the first time but Tom and Molly were great from the start. They let us come and visit with Dotty before her stay and once we’d dropped her off we had updates on how she was settling and getting on. She had a lovely time and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her another stay when needed.

Tom and Molly have set up an amazing kennels! They have taken great care to make the environment for the dogs really homely and comfortable. Their passion for giving the dogs loving care comes across really strongly. Their customer service is warm, friendly and empathetic to what dog owners are looking for in high quality kennels. I'm delighted that they have opened up. I'd highly recommend them but make sure that you book up well in advance as they will be booked up quickly.Lexi had another amazing stay with Tom and Molly. It is reassuring to know that they are being so well cared for while we are away. Thank you so much ♥️x

I don’t even know where to start.. so many amazing things to say about this pet retreat. As soon as I arrived with my Dog, the welcoming was so friendly. It is just like a home from home. It’s not like a normal boarding centre, you can’t hear constant barking.. it is so peaceful.Molly sent me photos of Mabel to show how settled she was on her stay.It really is a beautifully run retreat.Mabel was happy, clean and very well looked after. She will definitely be a regular.Thank you Molly & Tom for looking after Mabel so well. If I could give more than 5 stars , I would.

Took my nine month old miniature dachshund to have his nails trimmed and have a pamper. We’ve found it hard to find somewhere that he was comfortable as he doesn’t enjoy having his nails cut. When we picked him up he appeared so calm and happy. From now on we won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much to Tom and his team

We used Harfields Pet Retreat for our 8 month old puppy Freddie when we went on a family holiday. I was so nervous to leave him, but Molly and Tom were so friendly and kind and put all my worries at ease. They sent through photos and updates to let me know how much fun he was having, and he had the best time! By the time I collected him I was worried he wouldn’t want to come home! He gave lots of cuddles farewell to Molly and clearly adored her. I will 100% be booking at Harfields in the future!
