Joined a month or so ago. They changed the syndicate I was changed from original syndicate in first day butthey upgraded me to gold for doing that. Then in September they took 2 payment. I have emailed 3 times with no reply , when phoning there is no answer.i have not been able to get my money back yet. Get the bank to block payments. Very poor.

Poor Experience. Tickets do not show up in your account until middle of the week so you can never be sure of their methods in allocating tickets. Who knows? You learn about your tickets after the draw has taken place.I cancelled my subscription giving a notice of 28 days but keep getting charged GBP 44 on my bank account. Repeated emails have not been answered. Phone calls go to IVROverall Poor Experience. Stay away
