Phillip Birr - reported as fake account to Google RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG!!!!!!! COMPANY IS A SCAM EXPLOITING OUR COUNTRY, £415.00 per week, have been left without hot water for a year, security did not even notice 2 cameras being turned up to the ceiling for months. This company is under investigation by several Councils and will undoubtedly be prosecuted!!! ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!

House is in disrepair, staff are rude and in willing to listen to residents complaints, drugs flow through these houses fast that water and the staff allow it. Not a happy resident! If I could leave I would but they've worked this housing trap out perfectly so I can't

Absolutely awful place to be.They only care about expansion and how much money they can con local authority and residents for.Damp issues took 18 months to address.I'm waiting for RSH to action charges ..I could go on about conning the tax payer.Take me to court pivotal

Used to think pivotal housing was and ok company but now living in Gloucester there money hungry my flat costs £480 a week plus I have to pay gas and electricity ontop council tax and all. day stuff apparently can't look at the camera protecting my property so why is it so expensive update- it's appreciated what has happened since my negative review,/complaint but still it shouldn't take the complaint for these things to happen.
