Carole is absolutely amazing, Not only is Carole highly qualified and experienced, she has qualities in the way she does her treatments that is not afforded to many, Carole is an incredibly special, gifted and kind person who makes you feel instantly at ease. I had 2 sessions of BWRT a few months back as I was a nervous driver and was going to be driving from Southend to Thetford. Carole really helped to calm me down and talk me through my worries. This and some other strategies really helped me overcome my fears and since then I have done a few more long journeys with confidence. Would definitely recommend her if you are anxious or worried about something. Thanks Carol

I saw Carole for pregnancy Reflexology from 31 weeks and she helped my body prepare for labour physically and mentally. She is so supportive and amazing to talk to and can tell you so much about your body through what she does. She helped me relax and get rid of any anxiety I had surrounding birth and it definitely paid off. I had the most incredible home birth and Carole definitely contributed to that. Would recommend her to anyone and if you’re hesitating to book, take this as your sign to go for it ✨

I had severe eyeball phobia and was due for catteract surgery. Went to see Carole and felt better after one session and confident after two and sailed through surgery. Would never have believed 57 Yr phobia could be addressed so successfully. Now seeing her for confidence and anxiety and really believe I shall overcome. Don't know how she does it but she's amazing.

Both my husband and I went to Carole for fertility reflexology, after having some difficulty conceiving. I am beyond happy that I found her as she has helped us so much. I'm now 4 months pregnant and still continuing to see her for pregnancy reflexology. Carole is amazing at her job. The time you spend with her is worth every penny. She's very friendly and bubbly. She has a way of making you feel special and unique. I highly recommend.
